You are solely responsible for all content you submit to Bartools, including cocktail and mocktail recipes, images, descriptions, comments, and any other materials (“User Content”).

If you submit a copyrighted recipe, image, or text that you do not own or have rights to use, you — not Bartools — are legally responsible for that infringement. Bartools is a platform that hosts user-submitted content. We do not claim ownership of your recipes, and we do not verify that every submission is original.
Consequences of submitting infringing content may include:
By submitting User Content, you grant Bartools a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license persists until you delete your content or account.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. Bartools complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable copyright laws.
Repeat Infringer Policy: In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user who receives three (3) valid DMCA takedown notices will have their account permanently terminated.

Bartools reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit, refuse, or remove any User Content at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. Content may be removed if it:
We do not guarantee that any content on the platform is accurate, safe, legal, or free of intellectual property claims. Content is provided “as is” by users.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have:
Account suspension is a temporary measure (the account is locked but may be reinstated after review). Account termination is permanent and irreversible. A ban permanently blocks your email address and any associated accounts from the platform.
Bartools offers paid subscription plans (Pro). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by EU law or other applicable consumer protection laws. Cancel anytime.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By clicking 'Subscribe', you explicitly consent to immediate access and waive this right as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bartools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You and Bartools waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
