Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by EU law or other applicable consumer protection laws. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for partial billing periods beyond what is required by applicable law. Cancel anytime.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without any payment obligation.
If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, please contact us at support@bartools.app within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a refund for the erroneous charge.
We encourage you to contact us at support@bartools.app before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly through our support team. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are charged in another currency, the conversion is handled by your bank or card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
